Join the Master of Science Producer & Entertainment Manager, a programme of excellence that is the fruit of a unique partnership between MBS School of Business and ESMA, two internationally recognised institutions. Taught in Montpellier on the MBS School of Business and ESMA campuses, this two-year course gives you dual skills in strategic management and artistic production in the creative industries (3D animation, cinema and audiovisual, video games, special effects).

During this course, you will develop key skills in leadership, project management, budget management, intercultural communication, financing, technological innovation and the ethical use of digital tools. You will learn to design, manage and develop projects in complex and creative environments.

At the end of the two years, you’ll be ready to join a studio, production company or agency, or to set up your own business.

Strategic management, marketing, organization, budget management, change management, intercultural communication, team leadership, and agile methods.

Production quality and supervision

Production workflows, coordination of artistic and technical teams, management of deliverables, quality control, adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Production processes in the creative industries

Analysis of production chains in animation, video games, audiovisual media, and events; understanding of specific job requirements and artistic, technical, and economic constraints.

Creative project development

Project feasibility assessment, market research, development plan, financing strategy, copyright and partnerships, pitching and professional presentation of the project.

Completion of a final year project

Design, planning, and management of a complete project in a sector of your choice, under conditions close to real life: team supervision, resource management, implementation of acquired knowledge.

Drawing

Observational drawing, morphology, perspective, composition, sketching, stylistic exploration.

Professional integration

Development and promotion of a personal creative universe through a comprehensive project. This stage draws on all the skills acquired during the training and prepares students for a successful career in the imaging industry.
