The story begins with Dimitri, a young cookie knight, always accompanied by his faithful Pépite and Boubou, his boudoir horse, who decides to go to a castle thanks to a map, like the beginning of a fairy tale.

The story begins with the first twist, when Boubou’ s horse is swept away by the river as Dimitri turns his back to enter the castle.

Dimitri , now accompanied only by his nugget , finally enters and meets the King.

Delighted to finally meet a knight, the King offers him a mission he can’t refuse: to find the princess ‘s heart, stolen by Cerise Surlegato, and bring her out of her vegetative state.

Whoever succeeds in this mission will win her hand. Dimitri accepts without delay, as he already seems to be in love…

Their journey begins by crossing a misty marsh where strange sugary mists float, punctuated by the bewitching songs of two cupcake mermaids, whose icy voices threaten to engulf Dimitri and Pépite in eternal sleep. Dimitri manages to escape with ease and continues on his way.

He and Pépite reach a bridge guarded by an enigmatic nun who tells them that they can only cross it if they answer her riddle correctly. By outsmarting the enigma and the nun, Dimitri and Pépite manage to cross.

Once through the pass, Dimitri and Pépite narrowly escape another ambush by Cerise Surlegato’s henchmen.

They eventually reach the heart, but a fight breaks out between Cerise and Dimitri.

Dimitri must choose between saving Pépite or the heart. Cerise is defeated, and the duo return to the castle without the heart.

When they return, they find the princess already resurrected and Boubou married.

Happy for Boubou, they set off on another adventure.
