Two squirrels, Spot and Karl, thought they were going to sleep peacefully all winter, until they woke up in a fur shop…
They have no choice but to flee before it’s too late!
In a peaceful little Canadian town, in the heart of a fur shop decorated for Christmas, two squirrels named Spot and Karl wake up to a scene they never imagined.
While they slept, their tree was moved into the shop to be decorated like a Christmas tree.
Suddenly there’s panic!
Spot and Karl take a look around them and soon realise they’re in the wrong place.
Without missing a beat, they set off on an escape mission, searching every nook and cranny, climbing shelves like clumsy acrobats, and trying every crazy trick in the book to save themselves.
But the shop, with its obstacles and invisible traps, resists them.
After several failed attempts and an explosion in the toilets, the manager finally sees them and tries to catch them, creating a wild chase through the shop.
As the chase goes on, everything goes haywire. Objects fall and shelves are knocked over. In an unfortunate accident, the manager gets hurt, but the squirrels finally find their way out.
Free, they set off towards the outside world, but in a sudden turn of events, their destiny is turned upside down. They end up dead and stuffed in the shop.
