Jeff, a young cowboy in his thirties, arrives in a town called “Shoeless Town” with no idea of what awaits him.
He walks into the town saloon, and people look at him strangely.
The town sheriff asks him to take off his boots, pointing out signs prohibiting the wearing of shoes.
Jeff, frightened, refuses. The sheriff calls in two of his henchmen, who start shooting at Jeff.
Jeff hides under a table and tries to roll it towards the exit until the henchmen run out of bullets. He then rushes out and gets on his horse, pursued at a distance by the two henchmen and the sheriff.
They enter a canyon. Jeff tries to stop the henchmen by throwing his Nokia 3310 at them. The phone hits a horse’s leg, which explodes into sausages, sending the henchmen flying. The Sheriff picks up one of the henchmen on the ground and throws it at Jeff.
The henchman uses a shoehorn and tries to thread it through one of Jeff’s boots. Jeff panics, pulls out the shoehorn and makes sure he keeps his boot.
The henchman falls at the feet of the Sheriff, who slows down his horse, while Jeff falls off a cliff.
Jeff lands in a beach car with a bunch of pans enjoying the life around him. He relaxes for a moment before hearing a loud noise and realising that the Sheriff is still after him. Jeff sets fire to the wagon while running to find a fire extinguisher to defend himself. As he tries to activate it, the extinguisher explodes and throws him into the next carriage.
Jeff arrives in a demo car in the middle of a ninja training session. The ninjas show him that he can’t have boots here and forcibly remove them, causing Jeff to scream. But the ninjas scream back as they take the boots off him. Eventually they give him his boots back, which Jeff then runs into a giant statue of a lucky cat, which hits the ground and sends Jeff through the roof.
Jeff lands on the roof of the train, struggles to his feet and realises that the Sheriff is there too. He realises there’s no way out: the train is rolling over a very deep canyon. Jeff and the sheriff stare at each other. Jeff finally decides to take off his boots; the Sheriff is shocked to see Jeff’s lifelike feet. Jeff throws his boots into the air, the sheriff follows with his eyes and falls in turn.
Jeff looks at his feet, tears in his eyes, then at the horizon, and walks off into the sunset in the desert, barefoot.
