A little bear cub and his mother travel across a vast frozen lake as a violent snowstorm rages.
During this perilous crossing, the ice cracked and gave way under their weight, and the mother bear disappeared into the icy waters.
The young bear is left alone, distraught and grieving. Later, he is found in a clearing, wandering aimlessly, his heart heavy. His only comfort comes at night, when he can contemplate the Big Dipper, the constellation he considered his protector.
Suddenly, one of the stars in the constellation breaks away from the sky and crashes into the middle of a lake, creating a gigantic wave of frost that spreads.
Panicking, the little bear makes a brave decision…
He leaves the clearing and starts running through the forest that separates him from the lake. Despite the rising blizzard, he continues his race. The journey through the dark, icy forest is not without danger, but his determination to find the star is stronger than his fear.
This journey represents her determination not to give up, and her courage in the face of adversity.
Once he reached the edge of the lake, and not without difficulty, the little bear cub managed to reach the star. As soon as he touched it, time stopped and a profound calm set in.
He then sees the reflection of the Big Dipper constellation in the frozen lake and bravely dives in to put the star back.
As he descended into the water, he realised that he was no longer underwater, but rising towards the sky. Finally, he managed to reach the constellation and put the star back where it belonged.
The Big Dipper materialised and welcomed him with open arms.
She invites him to stay, rewarding him for his courage and bravery.
It was at this moment that the young bear cub became the Little Bear, a new star in the sky, joining his celestial family forever.
