The film Malacabra plunges us into the world of two rival Mayan villages. To settle a dispute, the shaman of one of the villages wants to bewitch a goat to take revenge…

Two Mayan children are building a small stone temple. They turn around and a butterfly destroys the temple. They blame each other and start a war that lasts for years. Over time, the two adversaries build their respective cities.

One day, a goat eats some stones and ends up being caught by the Red King priest named Apouch. In his hut, he begins a ritual dance to bewitch the goat.

Meanwhile, the red villagers are trying to eavesdrop.

The spell ends and the base on which the goat is standing gives way and crushes Apouch’s foot, causing him to scream.

Apouch then leaves his hut and catches a villager called Vuka. He shows him the goat, gives him the rope and tells him to take it to the blue village.

The door to the red village suddenly closes and Vuka and the goat set off towards the blue village.

They go deeper into the forest. Vuka drowns in quicksand, falls off a bridge and dies under a cliff.

The goat is intact.

She enters the village and generates disasters, the Blue King Priest alerts his city and gives the order to stop the worm.

He looks for a solution at home and finds it. A man on fire falls into the well where the maize is stored, and it explodes.

It’s raining popcorn! The Blue King Priest and the goat are at the top of the temple.

Suddenly, a violent bolt of lightning strikes the entire village. The mission is a success, as the goat is the only survivor of the village.

So she decides to return to her first village to celebrate her victory.
