The beaver society lives peacefully, maintaining its dam under the guidance of their leader, Chuck.

Among them is Milo, a young beaver with a passion for music, who plays his flute as he works.

All she wants to do is have a good time and enjoy herself.

As a watchman warns of an imminent flood, Milo, lost in thought, is swept away by the current.

Downstream, he was awoken by the sound of water running through a reed. He realises that he has found a way to make music, and sets off on his return journey with his discovery.

On his return, he plugs the leaks in the dam with his friend Lego.

During the repairs, he amused himself by planting reeds in the dam to make music.

Milo is reprimanded and excluded by the boss, who doesn’t appreciate anyone taking something as important as their dam lightly.

The two friends decided to carry out their project in secret during the night.

At the same time, Chuck is woken by a thunderstorm. A storm is approaching, and so is the threat of flooding. Milo tries to flee as the wave approaches, but stumbles.

Chuck, who has seen him, tries to pull him out of the dam with all his might.

The wave violently hits the dam, but the reeds planted by Milo open up, creating an unexpected spectacle of jets of water and music, before the astonished eyes of the colony.

The dam is saved thanks to Milo, and the beavers, who had initially judged his attitude, realise that his musical creations can become a source of joy and a valuable asset to their community.
