In an isolated world where drought persists, a small village survives thanks to a machine that turns clouds into drinking water. But when the long-awaited cloud arrives near the machine, the stupidity of a villager and his brave companion scares the precious source of water. The two faulty, determined to redeem themselves to the villagers, then embark on a frenetic cloud hunt.
