In the world of 3D industry, the leader of a 3D studio is a privileged position, to which many professionals aspire.

A VERSATILE POSITION

Often at the head of small or medium-sized companies, the 3D studio manager has a multi-layered role : leader, manager and coordinator at the same time, he defines everyone’s role, establishes budgets, closely monitors accounting, but also projects and their progress… In a few words, his missions are multiple, very complete, and require extreme versatility.

THE 3D STUDIO MANAGER’S PURPOSE

Like any business manager, he is above all an entrepreneur : his main purpose is to keep his business running. Also, he can count on his extensive address book, especially when it comes to obtaining projects from production companies.

A COLLABORATIVE WORK

This 3D professional must also ensure the quality of the work of his teams. To do so, he closely works with the various artistic and technical collaborators involved in each project, and can rely on many supervisors (animation supervisor, special effects supervisor, etc.), depending on the size of his company. His sharpness, his rigour, and his ability to keep an overview on his projects are some of his main assets.
